Hi there! Welcome to Leisure Folio! My name is Ebony. A bit about me:
I was raised the South and shaped by a childhood connected to military life and travel, I developed an early appreciation for different cultures, cuisines, and experiences around the world. What began as a passion for discovering beautiful places, memorable meals, and meaningful moments eventually grew Leisure Folio, a travel and lifestyle brand where I share curated escapes, destination inspiration, food experiences, and the joy of living well. Through my storytelling, I hope to inspire others to explore new places, embrace memorable experiences, and find beauty in both everyday moments and unforgettable journeys.
The Heart Behind the Work
Leisure Folio was born from the evolution of my first brand, Elicit Folio, where I spent years sharing recipes, hosting inspiration, and the beauty of gathering around the table. Over time, I realized that some of my most meaningful experiences extended far beyond the kitchen. They were found while exploring charming cities, discovering hidden restaurants, experiencing different cultures, staying in beautiful spaces, and creating memories through travel. I wanted to create a dedicated corner on the internet that captured all of those moments together in one place.
Leisure Folio reflects my love for travel, dining experiences, culture, and discovering places that make life feel rich and memorable, while still holding onto the warmth and hospitality that shaped me growing up in the South.
To me, leisure is not about extravagance. It is about slowing down enough to truly enjoy where you are, appreciating meaningful experiences, and creating a life filled with beauty, connection, and inspiration along the way. Through Leisure Folio, I hope to inspire others to travel with curiosity, embrace new experiences, and find joy in both the destinations they visit and the life they create at home.

My favorite ice cream flavor has always been mint chocolate chip. It’s nostalgic, refreshing, and one of those simple comforts I’ll never outgrow no matter where I travel.
